From a no up front money option that will take a small share of any royalties of what the band receives from its track sales thru the RBN store which is 30% - 70% split with Harmonix (HMX) with HMX receiving the 70%
MGA would take 10% the band would receive 20% of the total track price/sale.

We will also offer a flat fee for the song charting/authoring, letting the band keep all royalties gained (if any) and offering different levels of service from just doing the charting, to taking it thru peer review on the XNA creators club to full promotion services. tailored to each bands needs and wants. Any band who wishes us to only do the charting for a flat fee will have to secure a XNA Creators club account to submit their songs for peer review and to have them published once passed thru peer review for sale ont he RBN store the XNA Creators Club Account is an annual fee of $99

We are implementing a project invoicing system whereby the authors assigned to your tracks and each band/artist/label will have access to the project details and can see at a glance where we are at as far as progress on each track and each instrument in each track as well as hours spent. This will also serve us to keep track of all accounting with reports generated from the MGA Creators Club account.

So basically everything we know about your track sales you will know too...

As for the contract
The Contract will cover these terms the band will agree to provide MGA with your masters (stems) uploaded to your File: Maestro acct on our site and that MGA will take 10% of the total track sales unless otherwise stipulated in the contract IE flat fee authoring. That along with the charting for each song we will produce custom animations, lighting cues, to sync up with your music to provide more ambiance to the gamer while playing.

We will also provide all artists/bands/labels a "Da Bands" page on our main site as well as a forum thread  for each band. as well as post links to these pages and your website and myspace pages or any other website to help promote your band, its CD's and its participation within the RBN and Rock Band 2
